Keira McMahon has been practicing massage since 2004. An honors graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, she owned and operated McMahon Massage for 17 years. She has worked alongside chiropractors, physical therapists as well as in clinic settings. She believes massage is about more than just feeling good; it is about restoring your body to improve function and education for how to maintain it.
A long time Boulder resident, Keira will try just about anything but is most passionate about ultra trail running and rock climbing. As an ultra runner, she has competed in 50k to 100 mile distances taking a podium position at the Telluride Mountain Run and Never Summer 100k here in Colorado. While rock climbing has been a reason to travel the world, some of her favorite places are close to home. She loves climbing in Eldorado Canyon, Rocky Mountain National Park and the desert towers of Southeastern Utah.
She can relate to the physical and psychological aspects of injury. She is excited to be able to combine her personal experience with her knowledge in bodywork to help others. A true enthusiast of pushing your limits and trying things you never thought possible, she’s excited to help you stay healthy so you can pursue your goals.
